Wanted to share with you a partial view of a painting I am currently working on. This detail of the larger painting gives you a glimpse of brushwork, texture and subtle color variations contained in the painting that the image of the entire painting does not necessarily reveal. I am often inspired by a detail image to compose a new painting based on the detail photo!
