This weekend my painting Ribbons of Light, original oil, 30x30" will be featured along with a dozen additional works at the Rijks Gallery in Crested Butte, (second avenue and "the Alley"). And, for the first time I will be offering a selection of unframed oil sketches and plein air studies at greatly reduced prices! Friday night, July 15, 5-8p, is the opening ,coinciding with ArtWalk, the monthly open gallery event in this charming town. Crested Butte is the recipient of a Creative Arts District designation by the state of Colorado in 2016 and has many galleries and arts events to enjoy. The Wildflower Festival is in full bloom as well!
